Residence Club Santa Maria is situated in a unique landscape, close to the sea, between olive trees and vine (the famous Montepulciano grapes).

During the construction of this exclusive Residence, we payed particular attention to not destroy the nature, but to insert the little houses is an harmonious way.

From the verandas of the apartments situated on south-east, you'll see a panorama of absolute beauty, on the National Park of Gargano and the "Foresta Umbra". Dipped in the grren, the apartments are in small, recently built houses without architectonic barriers.

The Residence is particularly equipped for handicapped guests, wo will have no problems to reach every area of our Residence.
